Founder of the Shakti Foundation, Anurag has spent his career on community empowerment and financial literacy, building programmes that put economic agency in the hands of underserved communities.

An epidemiologist by training, Dr. Sood leads public health disease control programmes in Himachal Pradesh and brings frontline experience of how public systems deliver, and how they can be made to deliver better.

Rajeev has spent nearly four decades in policy, strategy and large-scale programme implementation across India, Africa and the United States. As Director of Natural Resource Management and Agroecology at GIZ India, he oversaw landmark initiatives including the Indo-German Agroecology Lighthouse agreement and the nationwide GIS-based scale-out of MGNREGA, and contributed to multiple national policies and programmes. He has worked closely with IFAD, the World Bank, FAO, NITI Aayog, central ministries and state governments.

At HITA, Rajeev heads the Secretariat as Executive Director and anchors the policy engagement work, including the SAMRIDH Himachal Vision 2045 process.

Manab holds a PhD and has spent around four decades in international development. A serial social entrepreneur, he specialises in project management, monitoring and evaluation, and organisational restructuring across livelihoods, rural development, microfinance and natural resource management. His current interests include solid waste, agricultural value chains, health services and financial inclusion.
